REFUND POLICY

Because subscribers immediately benefit from the knowledge of the information, stats and analytics they purchase, we do not provide refunds. Any cancelation of a renewable paid subscription must be sent to us at lest 3 full business days prior to your renewal date to give us adequate time to process your cancelation.  Our merchant account status is very important to our business and we request that you pay particular attention to your billing cycle and renewal dates and that you contact us first through our “Contact Us” page with any questions or concerns to give us the opportunity to resolve your concern prior to making a dispute with your credit card or debit card issuer.
